          1.  Download the Club Yearly Application form online at
www.maritimesdapathfinders.ca  click on registration forms. Club directors should be voted by
          their church before June 30th.

          2. If downloaded by a club director, deliver to the board
chairperson. It is the responsibility of the church board to fill out the Yearly Application form with signatures and obtain complete contact information for the appointed director(s). The form then needs to be mailed or faxed to the conference office.

          3. Carefully study the manual. It includes understanding the
pathfinder, club organization, and club events. This information can be obtained at
          www.pathfindersonline.org/html/leadershipresources/
NAD staff manual chapters 2 and 4.

          4. Have each staff member complete a Part 2 volunteer staff
form  (Available on the Maritime SDA Pathfinder site).  Please make sure that the form is completely filled out (box checked, witness signature and all information included) and mailed to the Conference office. Keep a copy for your records until person has been processed (cleared). Please register your Pathfinder staff (core staff for sure) online by July 1st.

          5. You will find the Conference Pathfinder calendar on the
Maritime SDA Pathfinder website. You may be notified by email of upcoming events.

          6. Avoid the stress that last minute registration often causes.  Register early as Conference events are posted.

          7. If your club is not registered with the Maritime Conference then you cannot use the name “pathfinder” for any group in your
          church.

          8. For all planned outings you will need to have the approval
of your church board, for this reason it is best to make up your schedule for the year and present it to your church board for approval.

          9. Have a great year!  If you have questions regarding registration, you can always email
          harringtonhaven@eastlink.ca.
