PERMISSION TO USE PHOTO FOR 2011/2012

This form gives permission to the person maintaining
www.maritimesdapathfinders.ca website to post pictures submitted by your Pathfinder Club.  Only those names that are signed by a parent/guardian in regards to Pathfinders will be used. Adults that are included in a picture must also sign this permission form. (example: If there are two pathfinders who
signed this form and an adult was in the picture and did not want their picture posted the picture can not be used.) Therefore send only pictures where all participants have agreed.
